BayCom is pleased to announce that we have attained Solutions Partner status from Microsoft for Modern Work. This recognises the training and certification of our people, the customers we have deployed Modern Work solutions and our commitment to Microsoft.
To attain this certification we have deployed Microsoft 365, Teams Calling, and Meeting Rooms into a number of small, medium and enterprise businesses in New Zealand. We have certified Teams administrators and advanced certification in Meeting Spaces for a number of our people.

For Microsoft Teams Calling we have a number of offerings with either a per-user or per-channel offering. We also offer Azure Communication Services to Dynamics 365 Digital Contact Centre customers. We have a portal for self-management of your Microsoft licensing.
We also offer services such as Virtual Roundtables to improve meeting productivity covering topics such as, Scheduling meetings, Setting Dynamic Agendas, Meeting Etiquette, Room Tech and Post Meeting Actions.
