It does not matter what existing telephony platform you have, or even if you do not have one. Customer calls can land on your existing telephony platform first and be routed to Amazon Connect platform. Alternatively, we can land your customer calls first on Amazon Connect platform, complete the IVR tasks, and optionally route the call back to your telephony platform.
